1. Who we are

TaxClawd is a product of Zynra Hivelabs Pvt Ltd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. What we collect

We collect: PAN number, full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, salary details, bank account details (for refund), and uploaded documents (Form 16, AIS). We process this data only to generate your ITR file and process payment.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to generate your ITR JSON file. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except Razorpay (payment processing) and Google Cloud (document storage), as required to provide the service.

4. How long we store it

We store your data for 30 days after filing, then it is permanently deleted. You can delete your data at any time using the "Delete all my data" option in the filing flow.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access and the right to delete your data. Use the "Delete my data" button in the filing flow (Payment step), or contact our Grievance Officer.

6. Security

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Our systems are hosted on Google Cloud.

7. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Only session cookies are used for the filing flow so you can complete your return without losing progress.
